Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and is the founder of the Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Investment Company. Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib also held the position of Head of the Department of Pediatrics at the Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh from 1988 to 1991. Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib holds a bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from the College of Medicine at King Saud University in Riyadh in 1977. He has fellowship in Pediatrics from the British Royal College of Physicians in 1984.

Mr. Mazen Al-Rumaih is the Vice Chairman of the Group and is Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Saudi Fransi Bank and Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Fransi Capital Company and a partner in Sada Investment Company. Mr. Mazen Al-Rumaih also served as a member of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) Board from 2009 until 2014. Mr. Mazin Al-Rumaih holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Buckingham University in Britain in 1994.

Mr. Saleh Al Habib is a member of the board of directors of the Group and he is the General Manager of Jawhara Investment, Jawaher Al-Gharbia Company Al-Nakheel Housing Company, Maalem Investment Holding Company, a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Al-Andalus Real Estate Company, member of the Board of Directors of Al-Hayat Real Estate Company, member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director In Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Habib & Sons Holding Company, member of the Board of Directors of Hamat Holding Company and a partner in United Third Investment Company. Mr. Saleh Al Habib also held the position of Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors in several companies. Mr. Saleh Al Habib holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from King Saud University in Riyadh in the year 2000.

Mr. Hesham Al Habib is a member of the Board of Directors and Chief Business Development & Strategy in the Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors and member of the Audit Committee of the Kingdom Holding Company, member of the Board of Directors of Dr. Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Habib Commercial Investment Company and Saudi Serco Services Company and a member of the Board of Directors of Hamat Holding Company as well. He held the position of Director of Business Development in the Group from 2009 until 2014. Mr. Hesham Al Habib holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the American University of Sharjah, UAE in 2009.

Mr. Rasheed Al Rasheed is a member of the Board of Directors of the Group, He is also a Member of the Board of Directors and member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Saudi Airlines Cargo Company since 2012, and a Member of the Board of Directors and member of the Executive Committee of Vision International Investment Company since 2007. Mr. Rasheed earned a Higher Diploma in Management Information Technology Systems from King Saud University, KSA in 1988.

Mr. Obaid Al- Rasheed holds the position of Board Member in the Group, Executive Director and CEO of Arab National Bank (anb) and is a member of the Media and Banking Awareness Committee. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Arab Financial Company, Saudi Home Financing Company, Vice Chairman of the Board, and a member of the Executive Committee for Saudi Chemical Company Mr. Obaid Al-Rashid earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University in California, USA.

Dr. Abdulrahman Al Turaigi is a member of the Board and the Chairman of the Group’s Audit Committee, Chairman of Audit Committee of First Milling Company, a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Member of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee, and Member of the Executive Committee at Saudi Investment Recycling Company SIRC. Dr. Abdulrahman Al Turaigi earned a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri, USA in 1997, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri, USA, in 1994, a Master’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA, in 1990 and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Systems Engineering from King Saud University, KSA, in 1986.

Mr. Faisal Al Nassar is the Group CEO since November 2022, the Group CFO since 2011 and a member of the Board of Director in addition to his membership in the Board of Directors of the Saudi Serco Services Company, and a Chairman of the Board of Managers of all subsidiary companies. He held the position of CFO and member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Roiaa Investment Company (previously ACWA Holding) during the period from 2006 until 2011. Mr. Faisal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the College of Industrial Management at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran in 2001.
